Fixing the Justin Bieber problem
- He was given an ultimatum, his record company was in danger of dropping him as his behaviour is unacceptable and was an embarrassment. He was left with no option " He knew he had to start listening. If didn't, he could lose everything."

"I think it's just cool to be able to laugh at yourself so...I've done some things that might not of been the greatest," he said. "I just want to be able to...kind of just kind own up to some of the things."
- He recorded a confession into his cellphone. "I was not who I was pretending to be," he admitted in a soft voice.
